Price
✦ Bust/Portrait: $USD 30
✦ Half Body: $USD 70
✦ Fullbody: $USD 80I create a custom design for you - whether it's a monster, person, persona, fursona character - based on your prompts and inspiration references.✦ This commission contains:
- A flat coloured design, based on your chosen option (Bust/Portrait, Half Body, Full Body).
- Comes with a simple, and transparent background.
- .PNG file(s).
- Will add in a colour palette if requested.Additional charges for extra:
- Bust: +$30
- Extra Simple Clothes: +$15
- Extra Extravagant Clothes: +$20
- Shading: +$10
- Reference Sheet layout: +$20Notes:
- You will get to see the sketch before completion to make edits. You will have three chances, unless I had a mistake on my part. There will be an additional charge for each rejection after that.
- Once completed you only get one chance for edits. I will not redo the entire design/artwork. Any major changes will have additional charges.
- I work best with visual examples - inspiration/mood boards, colours, references, bullet points, and themes help.

Commission Agreement and Terms of Service:
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.If you would like to order, please contact me on any social media platforms and I will respond as soon as possible.I will not tend to underaged commissioners.If you have any questions please ask.- Thank you -

General:
1. I have the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason.
Files given will be a digital copy (.png .gif or .jpeg) unless stated - .psd files will not be provided/transferred.
2. You can request for previews or work in progress of the artwork.
3. Certain orders will not have any previews presented unless asked about progress.
4. Please provide a clear reference sheet. I will refuse work if you give me long paragraphs.
5. I retain copyright for the artwork but not your characters.
6. I may, and will use the artwork for portfolio pieces, advertising, and physical/digital prints.
7. If you do not wish for me to use it for commercial use or prints of any sort an additional fee will be included. Please discuss with me.
8. You may not use the completed artwork for reproduction and/or commercial work. Personal use only.
9. If you would like the artwork to be commercially distributed please discuss with me, and review section "For Commercial Use" of this TOS.
10. You may alter your commission for icons, banners, etc. but do not claim the artwork as your own.
11. You may re-post images as long I am credited and linked back to any of my social media(s).
12. My watermark/signature must stay intact.
13. My work cannot be used for Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), and similar attributes.
14. My work cannot be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence) training, production, and similar attributes.For Commercial Use:
1. For commercial use and distribution, there is an additional fee of x3 of the price.
2. Commercial use includes: printing merchandise, streaming, advertising, etc.Payment and Additional Fees:
1. Payment must be in full and in USD. Once received I will start your commission.
2. Payment plans can be discussed if the amount is greater than $200+ USD.
3. You will receive a small resolution for reviews, and will receive the full resolution after when the entirety of the payment is complete.
4. Additional fees will be made if;
Scene and/or characters are complex.
5. Request changes on the completed artwork.
6. A certain or rushed date that the artwork needs to be completed.
7. Sketches and/or concepts that have been rejected 3 times.Refund Policy:
1. I will refund you if I had not started on the commission.
2. I will not refund if the commission is completed or started.Custom Designs Terms of ServiceClosed Species Designs:
General:
1. Designs interlinks within the above Terms of Service section.
2. The commissioner may upload the commissioned work done to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.
3. You may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display with credit.
4. You retain partial rights to the IP. 5. You own the particular qualities of that character that exists in the world created for them.
6. You may not claim the work or the IP to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial without permission.
7. External projects; Commercial and/or Non-commercial usage must be discussed beforehand.
8. You may change the character's qualities (to an extent) as long as they fit under the guidelines of that particular species.Customs:
1. After payment is received: I sketch out and color depending on your custom type or give you the full sized image of the already designed species.
2. Customs are commissioned by filling out the guideline form for that specific species.
3. You may request minor tweaks if I miss any distinguishing features present in your reference/description.
4. If there is any mistakes on my behalf during the creation of your design, please let me know during the sketch process, so I can fix it.
5. You will get to see the sketch before completion to make edits. You will have three chances, unless I had a mistake on my part. There will be an additional charge for each rejection after that.
